Vodafone Ireland
Vodafone Ireland grew out of Eircell, the state phone company's mobile arm, which Vodafone bought in 2001. Clear Mobile, Sky Mobile and An Post Mobile run on its masts.

More about Vodafone Ireland
Vodafone Ireland started life as Eircell, the mobile division of the state phone company Telecom Éireann. Eircell's GSM network went live in July 1993. Vodafone took the business over in 2001, ran it as Eircell Vodafone for a year and dropped the Eircell name in 2002.
The network added 3G in 2004, 4G in October 2013 and 5G in 2019. Its head office is at MountainView in Leopardstown, Dublin 18. Vodafone supports eSIM on iPhone, and VoLTE and Wi-Fi Calling on current phones.
Three other brands rent capacity on Vodafone. Clear Mobile is Vodafone's own budget brand, and Sky Mobile Ireland and An Post Mobile buy wholesale access. They share the masts, not the settings. Each has its own APN, so Vodafone's values won't bring data to their SIMs.
