Clear Mobile is Vodafone Ireland's online-only SIM brand, launched in January 2021. It runs on Vodafone's masts with its own APN, isp.clearmobile.ie.

Vodafone Ireland launched Clear Mobile on 14 January 2021 as a SIM-only brand sold online, not in Vodafone shops. It went up against eir's GoMo and Three's 48, at €12.99 a month. Support runs through live chat and social media rather than a phone line.
Clear Mobile shares Vodafone's masts and network code, 272 01, but not its APN. Clear SIMs need isp.clearmobile.ie. Vodafone's live.vodafone.com won't bring data to them, and data may fail abroad unless the APN is set to Clear's own.
Clear Mobile has 5G, VoLTE and Wi-Fi Calling but no eSIM, so it's a physical SIM only.
Clear's settings differ from Vodafone's in two ways. Clear uses one APN for data, picture messages and hotspot, where Vodafone puts MMS on a second APN, mms.vodafone.net. And Clear's MMSC is an IP address, http://85.205.200.172/mms, though the MMS proxy, 10.24.59.200 on port 80, is the same one Vodafone uses.
