Get in touch with the APN Settings team, suggest a correction, or report an outdated value.
Got a setting that didn't work? A carrier we're missing? A question we could answer on the site? This is the place.
The single most helpful thing you can send us is a correction. If you tried an APN value here and it didn't connect, tell us which carrier, which phone, and what happened. That kind of report lets us re-check and fix a page faster than anything else, and it helps the next person who lands on it with the same problem.

Reporting an outdated value?
Include these three things and we can usually fix it same-day:
- The carrier and the page you were on
- Your phone model and operating system
- What happened — no data, MMS won't send, error message, and so on
We read everything that comes in. We can't always reply individually, but corrections and carrier requests genuinely shape what we work on next.
