How to enter APN settings
Tip
After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.
Troubleshooting
Common issues
Data won't connect even with the right APN. Lycamobile needs a username, password, and authentication type that most carriers leave blank. Make sure all three are entered exactly.
MMS not sending. Use the Lyca-specific MMSC, not T-Mobile's main one. Enter it exactly.
Settings copied from another T-Mobile MVNO don't work. Lyca's username/password requirement means another carrier's blank-field setup won't carry over. Use Lyca's values.
