How to enter APN settings

Tip
After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.
Troubleshooting

Common issues

Data won't connect even with the right APN. Lycamobile's data APN needs the username (lmit) and password (plus). If you left those blank, browsing fails despite the correct APN name. Add them and restart.

Data works but MMS won't send. Lycamobile uses a separate MMS APN (mms.lycamobile.it) routed through Vodafone's MMSC and proxy. If you only added the data profile, picture messages will fail while browsing works. Add the MMS values exactly and make sure mobile data is on.

No data on an unlocked or imported phone. Enter the APN, username and password by hand and restart. Unlocked phones often skip Lycamobile's automatic setup, so the APN field starts empty.
