More about GoMo
eir launched GoMo on 15 October 2019 as an online-only brand. There are no shops, and SIMs arrive by courier. The launch offer was €9.99 a month for life for the first 100,000 customers, with unlimited calls, texts and data. It closed in January 2020, and later sign-ups paid €12.99, then €14.99 from April 2021. Lidl Connect's Irish launch in 2026 used the same first-100,000 offer.
Unlike most Irish budget brands, GoMo doesn't have an APN of its own. It's owned by eir and uses the same data APN, data.myeirmobile.ie, and the same network code, 272 03. Settings from an eir guide work on a GoMo SIM.
GoMo has eSIM, 5G, VoLTE and Wi-Fi Calling. eir is switching off its 3G data service from 1 October 2026, so a phone or router that only does 3G will lose data on GoMo too.
