More about Chatr
Chatr launched on July 28, 2010, as Chatr Wireless, in Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Quebec City and Montreal, and was renamed Chatr Mobile in 2015. It belongs to Rogers Communications, and its head office is in Toronto.
Chatr runs on Rogers and moved its customers to LTE in March 2020. Unlike Fido, it has its own APN, chatrweb.apn, and its own MMS server, http://mms.chatrwireless.com. Phones need VoLTE turned on for service now that 3G has gone.
