How to enter APN settings

Tip

After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.

Common issues

Rogers settings not working on Chatr. Chatr uses its own APN ('chatrweb.apn') and MMS proxy. Use the Chatr values, not Rogers.

MMS not sending. Enter the Chatr MMS proxy exactly and keep mobile data on.

No data after activation. Add chatrweb.apn by hand and restart.
