How to enter APN settings

Tip

After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.

Troubleshooting

Common issues

MMS won't send. Telus uses a distinct MMSC and proxy. Enter both exactly and make sure mobile data is on.

No data on an unlocked phone. Add sp.telus.com by hand and restart.

Koodo or Public Mobile settings not matching. Those flanker brands use their own APN values. Use the page for your actual brand, not Telus, if you're on one of them.
