How to enter APN settings
Tip
After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.
Troubleshooting
Common issues
MMS won't send. Confirm the MMSC and MMS proxy are entered exactly. Rogers routes picture messages through a proxy, so a missing proxy is a common cause.
No data on a brought phone. Add ltemobile.apn by hand and restart if your unlocked phone didn't auto-configure.
Settings reset after an update. Re-enter the APN if a software update cleared it.
