How to enter APN settings

Tip

After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.

Troubleshooting

Common issues

MMS not sending. Koodo uses the Telus MMSC and proxy. Enter them exactly and keep mobile data on.

No data after switching SIMs. Add sp.koodo.com by hand and restart if it didn't auto-configure.

Telus settings copied but not working. Try the Koodo-named APN sp.koodo.com if sp.telus.com doesn't connect on your Koodo line.
