How to enter APN settings
Tip
After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.
Troubleshooting
Common issues
Setup is usually automatic. Fizz provisions settings through its app and eSIM. Manual APN entry is only needed if that fails.
No data after manual setup. Confirm the current Fizz APN, since it's provisioned automatically and values can change.
Coverage gaps outside Quebec. Fizz uses Vidéotron's network; outside its footprint you rely on roaming.
