Fizz is Vidéotron's lower-priced brand. Vidéotron began testing it in September 2018 in Quebec and Ottawa.
Fizz runs on Vidéotron's network but uses its own APN. Phones tell Fizz SIMs from Vidéotron's by an ID on the SIM, and Fizz uses mobile.bm, with the MMS server http://mms.mobile.bm through the proxy mmsproxy.mobile.bm.
