How to enter APN settings

Tip

After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.

Troubleshooting

Common issues

MMS not sending. Bell uses a proxy for picture messaging. Enter the MMSC and MMS proxy exactly as shown and keep mobile data on.

No data after a SIM swap. Add pda.bell.ca manually and restart if the phone didn't auto-configure.

Picture messages fail on Wi-Fi. Turn mobile data on. MMS may not send over Wi-Fi alone.
