How to enter APN settings
Tip
After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.
Troubleshooting
Common issues
Data works but MMS won't send. Re-check the MMSC URL character by character and make sure mobile data is switched on. Some phones can't send picture messages over Wi-Fi alone.
Nothing connects at all. Confirm the line is active in your Verizon account, then reset network settings so the phone re-provisions.
It worked, then stopped after a software update. An update occasionally resets the APN. Re-enter vzwinternet and the MMS values.
