How to enter APN settings
Tip
After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.
Troubleshooting
Common issues
Using an outdated APN. H2O moved to 'prodata' on current plans. If an old value isn't connecting, switch to the current APN.
MMS failing. H2O uses AT&T's MMSC and proxy. Enter both exactly and keep mobile data on.
No data on a brought phone. Add the APN by hand and restart if automatic setup didn't run.
