How to enter APN settings
Tip
After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.
Troubleshooting
Common issues
MMS not sending. Cricket uses AT&T's MMS proxy. Confirm the MMSC and proxy host are entered exactly and mobile data is on.
Old Aio Wireless settings not working. Aio became Cricket in 2014. Use the Cricket APN here, not any old Aio values.
No data on a phone brought from another carrier. Enter the APN 'ndo' manually and restart. Bringing your own device sometimes skips automatic setup.
