Please make sure that Data Roaming and 3G has been enabled on your iPhone. Also turn off WiFi.

Follow the below steps to configure AT&T APN settings  for iPhone:

  1. First go to the main menu, then tab on Settings
  2. Now locate General and tab on it
  3. Then Network.
  4. Tap on Cellular Data Network
  5. Enter the below values to create a new apn profile.
    • Name:Â AT&T
    • APN:Â wap.cingular
    • Proxy: <Leave in Blank>
    • Port:Â <Leave in Blank>
    • Username:Â wap@cingulargprs.com
    • Password:Â cingular1
    • Server:Â <Leave in Blank>
    • MMSC:Â http://mmsc.cingular.com
    • MMS proxy:Â wireless.cingular.com
    • MMS port:Â 80
    • MCC: 310
    • MNC: 410
    • Authentication type:Â <Leave in Blank>
    • APN type: default,supl,mms OR Internet
    • APN Protocol: Leave it on the Default on​e
  6. Press the Home button on your iPhone and save the above apn settings and Exit to the Main Screen.
  7. Congrats, you had just created a new AT&T APN settings. Open your favourite browser and start browsing.

Still it is not working?

Make sure you have selected the correct new apn settings as your default settings. Restart your iPhone and try again.

AT&TÂ APN Settings for Android.

The same above settings apply for android devices as well. To update the AT&T apn settings for android follow the below steps.

  1. Goto Settings and tap on Wireless Connections
  2. Tap on More and select the option where it says Mobile Networks
  3. Tap on Access Point Names and tap to select New APN
  4. Enter all the values listed above for the att apn setting for android
  5. Hit the option button and tap Save
  6. Open your browser and you should be able to browse internet now!
