How to enter APN settings
Tip
After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.
Troubleshooting
Common issues
MMS won't send or download. Double-check the MMSC URL. T-Mobile uses a long MMSC address and a single wrong character stops picture messaging while regular data keeps working.
No data after moving the SIM to a new phone. Add the APN fast.t-mobile.com by hand and restart. Unlocked and imported phones often don't auto-configure.
5G not showing up. Confirm your plan and phone support 5G. The APN is the same for LTE and 5G, so there's no separate 5G setting to enter.
