Background
More about Plusnet Mobile
Plusnet Mobile began in November 2016, when Plusnet, which BT had owned since 2007, took over the LIFE Mobile MVNO and rebranded it. It ran on EE's network. Plusnet stopped selling new mobile plans in March 2023 and closed the service through June 2024, and Plusnet broadband was not affected.
Plusnet told customers their cease date at least 30 days ahead and gave them 40 days after it to move before the account closed. A number could not be moved after that. To keep a number, text PAC to 65075 for a code that lasts 30 days. Plusnet offered its customers EE SIM-only deals.
