Background
More about BT Mobile
BT Mobile launched in March 2015 as an MVNO run by BT Consumer, using EE's network. BT completed its purchase of EE on 29 January 2016, and over the following years made EE its main consumer mobile brand. BT Mobile stopped taking new customers in October 2023, and BT brought the brand back in May 2026, first for its broadband customers.
BT Mobile still runs on EE, but it uses its own APN, btmobile.bt.com, with the username and password bt. BT Business Mobile may use different settings.
