TPG Telecom announced Felix in October 2020 as a digital-only brand, run through an app, on renewable power and certified carbon neutral under Climate Active. It plants a tree for every month a customer stays, and it launched with one plan, unlimited data at a capped speed for $35 a month.
Felix runs on Vodafone's 5G and 4G network, and uses the same APN as Vodafone, live.vodafone.com, with picture messages on the same APN.
