How to enter APN settings
Tip
After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.
Troubleshooting
Common issues
Data works but MMS won't send. Check the MMSC and MMS proxy values exactly, including port 8799, and make sure mobile data is on. Voxi inherits Vodafone's MMS setup, so a wrong proxy port is a common cause of MMS failing while browsing still works.
No data on an unlocked or imported phone. Enter the APN pp.vodafone.co.uk by hand with username and password wap, then restart. Unlocked phones often skip the automatic setup.
Settings reset after an update. A software update occasionally clears the APN. Re-enter pp.vodafone.co.uk and the MMS values.
