How to enter APN settings
Tip
After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.
Troubleshooting
Common issues
No data on an unlocked or imported phone. Enter internet.digimobil.es by hand with username and password 'digi' and restart. Unlocked phones often skip Digi's automatic setup, so the APN field starts empty.
MMS won't send. Digi does not run a standard MMS service on most plans, so picture messages may not work. Use RCS, iMessage or an app like WhatsApp instead, and check with Digi support for any plan-specific MMS values.
Settings reset after an update. A software update occasionally clears the APN. Re-enter internet.digimobil.es and the username and password.
