Troubleshooting
Common issues
Signal but no data. The most common FreedomPop issue. Make sure the APN is exactly internet.mvne1.com with no stray spaces and that it's selected as the active profile. Phones rarely auto-configure FreedomPop, so the field usually starts empty.
Data works but MMS won't send. FreedomPop borrows AT&T's MMS path. Set the MMSC to http://mms.att.com.mx exactly, leave the proxy blank unless your plan needs it, and make sure mobile data is on.
Wrong APN copied from AT&T. Don't use modem.nexteldata.com.mx on FreedomPop — it routes through the aggregator APN instead. If a leftover AT&T profile is selected, switch to internet.mvne1.com.
