How to enter APN settings
Tip
After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.
Troubleshooting
Common issues
Signal but no data. The most common Flash Mobile issue. Make sure the APN is exactly internet.flashmobile.mx with no stray spaces and that it's selected as the active profile. If the downloadable profile didn't take, enter it by hand.
Data works but MMS won't send. Flash Mobile borrows Movistar's MMS path. Add the MMSC (http://mms.movistar.mx) and proxy 10.2.0.13:8080 exactly, and make sure mobile data is on.
Wrong APN copied from Movistar. Don't use internet.movistar.mx on Flash Mobile — it uses its own APN. If a leftover Movistar profile is selected, switch to internet.flashmobile.mx.
