How to enter APN settings
Tip
After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.
Troubleshooting
Common issues
Data works but MMS won't send. Check the MMSC value (http://mms.att.com.mx) exactly and make sure mobile data is on. If your plan requires a proxy, add it; otherwise leave the proxy and port blank.
No data on an unlocked or imported phone. Enter modem.nexteldata.com.mx by hand and restart. Unlocked phones often skip AT&T's automatic setup, so the APN field starts empty.
Old Unefon or Iusacell profile causing conflicts. If the phone carries a leftover APN from a related brand, delete it and use modem.nexteldata.com.mx to avoid the network choosing the wrong profile.
