How to enter APN settings
Tip
After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.
Troubleshooting
Common issues
Data works but MMS won't send. Spusu uses a separate MMS APN (mms.it) routed through WindTre's MMSC and proxy on port 8080. If you only added the data profile, picture messages will fail while browsing works. Add the MMS values exactly and make sure mobile data is on.
The APN looks too short. Spusu's data APN is literally 'web' with nothing after it. That's correct — don't add a domain or fill in a username and password.
No data on an unlocked or imported phone. Enter the APN by hand and restart. Unlocked phones often skip Spusu's automatic setup, so the APN field starts empty.
