How to enter APN settings
Tip
After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.
Troubleshooting
Common issues
Data works but MMS won't send. Iliad routes MMS through the same 'iliad' APN with MMSC http://mms.iliad.it and no proxy. If picture messages fail, confirm the MMSC is set exactly and mobile data is on; don't add a proxy host that Iliad doesn't use.
No data on an unlocked or imported phone. Enter the APN by hand and restart. Unlocked phones often skip Iliad's automatic setup, so the APN field starts empty.
Settings reset after an update. A software update occasionally clears the APN. Re-enter iliad and the MMSC.
