How to enter APN settings
Tip
After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.
Troubleshooting
Common issues
Data works but MMS won't send. Fastweb routes MMS through the same apn.fastweb.it APN but with its own MMSC and proxy. If picture messages fail, confirm the MMSC and proxy are set exactly and mobile data is on. Older SIMs may use a different MMSC/proxy pair.
No data on an unlocked or imported phone. Enter the APN by hand and restart. Unlocked phones often skip Fastweb's automatic setup, so the APN field starts empty.
Settings reset after an update. A software update occasionally clears the APN. Re-enter apn.fastweb.it and the MMS values.
