How to enter APN settings
Tip
After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.
Troubleshooting
Common issues
Wrong network values. Klarmobil sells SIMs on both Telekom and Vodafone. If data won't connect, confirm your tariff's network and use that network's APN — internet.t-d1.de for Telekom, web.vodafone.de for Vodafone.
Data works but MMS won't send. Check the MMSC and MMS proxy values exactly, and make sure mobile data is on. A missing proxy host is a common cause of MMS failing while browsing still works.
No data on an unlocked or imported phone. Enter the APN by hand and restart. Unlocked phones often skip the automatic setup, so the APN field starts empty.
