More about congstar
congstar was founded on 17 July 2007 as a subsidiary of Telekom Deutschland, in Cologne. It is fully owned by Telekom, runs on Telekom's network, and also runs fraenk and Penny Mobil.
congstar's own APN is internet.v6.telekom, with the username congstar and password cs. Some phones refuse it, and internet.telekom then works. MMS ended on Telekom's network on 30 June 2026.
