How to enter APN settings
Tip
After saving, toggle Airplane Mode on and off for 10 seconds. This forces the phone to re-register with the network and pick up the new APN.
Troubleshooting
Common issues
Settings don't work at all. Check which network your Prixtel plan uses. If it's on Orange rather than SFR, the SFR values here won't connect — switch to Orange's APN (data 'orange', MMS 'orange.acte').
Data works but MMS won't send. On the SFR host, Prixtel uses a separate MMS APN (mmssfr) with its own MMSC and proxy. If you only added the data profile, picture messages will fail while browsing works. Add the MMS values exactly and make sure mobile data is on.
No data on an unlocked or imported phone. Enter the APN by hand and restart. MVNO SIMs often skip automatic setup, so the APN field starts empty.
